Refund Policy

Service Nature & Refund Eligibility

Due to the personalized and manual nature of our services including editing, book cover design, and formatting refunds are limited and subject to specific conditions. Refund requests will only be considered if work on the project has not yet begun or if Bright Tree Inc is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.

Once work has commenced such as editing in progress, design concepts created, or formatting underway or after final deliverables have been approved, refunds are not available.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable processing fees or non-refundable deposits.

Revisions & Quality Assurance

Minor revisions within the original project scope are included to ensure client satisfaction. If the final delivery does not meet the agreed specifications such as formatting requirements or approved cover design details clients may request corrections rather than a refund. Our priority is to resolve concerns through revisions and quality assurance.

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email within seven (7) days of placing the order and are only valid if work has not started. Requests must include the relevant invoice or order identification details.

Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days and returned using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, delays in publication, shifts in market conditions, or personal preference once work has begun.
